This system incorporates the high air movement of HVAC cleaning equipment, the “high lift” of a cyclonic vacuum and the blasting power of compressed air all in one system that is contained and will not create a mess throughout your space.  The Clearview vacuum box will allow you to see the dust and debris as it’s been removed from you duct system. BC Air Duct Cleaning Services

To ensure an HVAC system is working properly, We Care Restoration will clean the entire system, not just your ducts. When cleaning an HVAC system, the following components should be cleaned:

• Air ducts
• Air cleaner
• Air filters
• Registers
• Grills
• Blower motor
• Heat exchanger

Proper cleaning of an HVAC system has two key components, loosening the contaminants and removing them:

• Contaminant loosening: Properly remove sources of contamination with compressed air.
• Collecting contaminants: The HVAC system gets placed under negative pressure, with a vacuum that will help prevent the spread of contaminants being released into your home.
• Sanitizing equipment: Antimicrobial chemicals will be used to sanitize the HVAC system after it has been cleaned properly.  Rodent feces or mold present during cleaning may warrant this step. It will be applied to non-porous surfaces within the system, which will address microbial contamination as well as odor.

Furnace Duct Cleaning Services

Access to the complete HVAC system is usually done through return vents, supply diffusers, duct end caps or existing service openings. We Care Restorations’ openings and closures are operated by our trained professionals to ensure a proper seal of the system once cleaning is completed.
